TIPS PENGURUSAN WANG AKU DAN KAMU.

Ha!! baru hari ni terfikir nak menaip.Lebih setahun dah tak menaip.So entry apa yang paling sesuai untuk aku yang baru masuk sem baru agaknya.Maybe entry macam ni kn 'BAGAIMANA NAK MANAGE DUIT PTPTN ATAU DUIT BELANJA YG PA&MA BAGI?'
Disebabkan new sem kan, so semuanya nak yang baru je.Lihat yang cantik-cantik,semuanya nak sapu.Sapu-sapu jugak,duit pun kene sapu sekali kan.Haha.
Tips-tips yang ak bagi ni search google je ke.

1.   Amalkan Peraturan 10 Peratus 

     Secara amnya, Peraturan 10% bermakna anda perlu menyimpan 10% daripada wang yang anda miliki setiap bulan. Contohnya, jika anda mempunyai RM500 setiap bulan, simpanlah RM50. Apabila menerima duit pinjaman PTPTN, MARA, biasiswa atau elaun daripada ibubapa setiap bulan, pastikan anda menyimpan sekurang-kurangnya 10 peratus daripada jumlah yang diperolehi. Wang ini boleh dijadikan simpanan dan pelaburan anda pada masa depan. Amalan ini juga akan mendidik anda untuk menjadi lebih konsisten dan berdisiplin dalam menyimpan wang pada masa akan datang.

2. Wujudkan Dana Kecemasan 

     Sebagai pelajar, ada masanya akan berhadapan dengan kejadian yang tidak dijangka dan ianya memerlukan perbelanjaan yang banyak. Sebagai contoh, anda boleh jatuh sakit dan perlu dibawa ke hospital, kenderaan atau komputer mungkin rosak dan perlu diperbaiki, serta isu-isu kewangan yang lain. Sekiranya anda tidak mempunyai dana kecemasan, anda pasti akan berdepan dengan pelbagai masalah. Namun, dengan adanya dana kecemasan, anda tidak perlu runsing dan berhutang dengan orang lain kerana anda mempunyai wang simpanan sendiri. Tetapi ingat: Dana kecemasan harus digunakan untuk KECEMASAN SAHAJA!

3. Buat perbandingan harga semasa membeli-belah (Kaum wanita perlu yang ini)

     Dengan membandingkan harga dan mencari tawaran yang terbaik, anda mampu menjimatkan wang setiap kali membeli-belah. Membandingkan harga juga mengajar kita untuk menjadi lebih berhati-hati dan bersabar semasa membeli barang. Sebagai seorang pembeli yang bersabar dan berhati-hati, anda tidak akan terdorong oleh nafsu ketika membeli, malah akan sentiasa berusaha mendapatkan nilai yang terbaik untuk wang anda!

Assalamualaikum and hello guys.Let me introduec myself, my name is Nur Izzati Bt Ramli and I’m 19 years old.Most of my friend call me Ezat but my family call me sister.I was born in Hospital Besar Kuala Terengganu on 23th April 1992.I have 8 siblings,a happy family that are 5 boys and 3 girls only.I’m the oldest in my family,and also oldest grandson in my mother family.I live in Kampung Pengkalan Maras, Kuala Terengganu. My primary school begins when I was 7 years old until 12 years old is Sekolah Kebangsaan Kompleks Mengabang Telipot.I pass with flying colours UPSR in standard 6.Then, when form 1 I went to secondry school, Sekolah Menengah Agama Khairiah.I managed to do well in PMR in form 3 and continue with my study at the same school until I have get my SPM rezult.After that, I have been offered to enter Perlis Matriculation Collage in course Accountancy for batch 2010/2011.Now and until this date 1st year student Bachelor of Business Management Insurance at UiTM Bandaraya Melaka.

Congratulation for myself because succeed to continue my studies in UiTM for Bachelor of Insurance. Insurance in UiTM my last choice after all in the up.I also have received interview letter for  landscape cost in UPM,but I absent for the interview. After that,I feel so regreting but regret no use.I accepet insurance with all my heart and hopefully excellent graduated in this cost.

Now, I want to share my experience to went UiTM. I went UiTM on the date 5 September 2011 because UiTM Melaka far away  from my house in Kuala Terengganu. Kuala Terengganu to Melaka take about 8 hours long.At 8 a.m,I and my family reach and immediately rgister me in siswi colleage.After all recidanse was completed,my family ask to return.I was feel very depressed,but from that second the grief I streangthen spirit to continue my lesson here until success.

I was so impress the facilities in here. The facilities available here especially in the campus is well conditioned and complecated to study. From the first day I entered UiTM until now I don’t have any serious problems.I enjoy study at here.All lectures and friends is great.I’m very pround behalf a part of UiTM student.I Love UiTM. <3<3<3

   

I LovE sOmEthing thAt intEreSting

Everybody has their own hobbies like to do and interest with that,so do I. I enjoy learning new things and keeping myself busy, picking up new hobbies along the way. I especially love anything to do with Arts both visual and performing. I love to do draw and creative things.Computer Art is something I’ve really gotten into lately as you can tell from all the stuff on my site. All the art work on this site (photos), I designed and created myself using photo edit  by xiuxiu, photo scape painter and  Adobe CS3 photoshop programs.Another thing I really love to do is travel. I enjoy visiting places or perform outside my place.

Kayaking,camping and hiking,I like all of that.It has a great sense of peace with the world. When have a great time, I get engaged  in this rugged activities.I love the mountains and hiking them. Never been rock climbing,but one I try it.`Gunung datuk’is a great place to do rugged activities.


I also love to writing,so my typing cute like his person.But my spelling and writing in English not bad so,could use some help as well as my grammar.Well,everything could use some more work hard.Imagination, a journal is a great way to start. There are many ways to express yourself through writing. Poems,stories,novels even screenplay writing. Now with computer in the main stream you can make a web page for the world to see you thoughts.

Photography is a one most popular hobbies nowdays especially for young people.I also actually love photography more study.I love taking myself photo and my friends photo also because by photo it can bring so much memories to someone. Although lacking canon DSLR camera, enough by use mobile phone camera  to take picture. Someday I  dream to have own camera that Canon DSLR model.

I love shopping, but when have exra money only.I could be at the mall for hours at at a time and go when have suitable day.I like seeing the news items that are out in shop at mall or online shop,I shopping that importance things such as clothes,shoes or shawl.I like to bought that things that another person doesn’t like.The time that I doesn’t like to shopping when I have no money and when I sick.

I enjoy spending time with all my friends.We have many same for interest.I like to sit at restaurant or my house and talk about going on our lifes. We was together listening about others problem and advice each others to be strong.But I have one friend that do not share his problems with me,but share with another person.I still love him even he like that.The end for a part of my life that I interested.
